Adult Hip-Hop Mondays 5:30pm

Get ready to vibe in this high-energy modern hip-hop class designed for adults of all skill levels! Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned dancer, this class offers a fun, supportive space to explore hip-hop foundations with a fresh twist.

Expect dynamic choreography, killer beats, and a judgment-free atmosphere with plenty of options to modify or challenge yourself. Come as you are, leave feeling empowered!

Dance Fitness Remix Fridays 9:30am

Think dance party meets workout, with a playlist that refuses to sit still. One minute it’s Latin beats, the next it’s hip-hop, pop, or a throwback you forgot you loved.

Every class is mixed fresh, and sometimes the moves are too — created in the moment instead of pre-choreographed — so it always feels new and alive. It’s a fresh, modern remix that keeps the energy high and leaves you craving the next one.
